◾ The rates are valid for double occupancy, whether occupied by one or two people. In some rooms a third bed can be placed, with an addition of 30% of the daily rate of the apartment itself.
◾ All reservations require full payment prior to arrival. Once payment is verified, a final confirmation with the reservation number will be sent by e-mail. The cancellations and changes must be requested by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you have made your reservation through third parties such as agencies or OTAs, the cancellation and changes must be requested directly to them.
◾ Our rates include breakfast, served in our restaurant
◾ We apply a 10% service charge on daily rates;
◾ Our check in is from 03Pm and check out until Noon
◾ If your choice was credit card payment, please note that the credit card holder must be on of the registerred guest and the same credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
◾ In case the cardholder is not present, a new full payment will be requested and the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card!!
◾ We receive children from the age of five. They will be considered within the capacity of each apartment. When booking, we ask that the booking sector be informed of the inclusion of minors.
◾ Upon check-in, the hotel will request a credit card with an available limit, only for pre-authorization in the amount of BRL 2,000.00, in order to cover extra expenses during the period of accommodation.
◾ For requests to cancel reservations with payments already processed on the credit card, regardless of the advance, an administrative fee of 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
◾ Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa reserves the right to deny admission and / or stay in respect of the safety, comfort and tranquility of our guests. Valid especially in cases of conduct incompatible with good customs and common sense, such as exaggerated drunkenness, verbal or physical aggression and prostitution. According to the rules of the Ministry of Tourism, valid identity documents will be required upon check-in of all guests listed in the process of each reservation. We also warn that no visitors will be allowed inside the rooms, only in the social areas of the hotel.
◾ The hotel offers 24-hour rotary parking for guests inside the property, subject to availability. Casas Brancas is not responsible for damages caused to cars by third parties.
◾ Aiming the privacy of all our guests, the use of drones is not permitted on our property.
◾ Pets are not allowed to enter and / or stay in our premises.
- FORCE MAJEURE:
◾ Casas Brancas reserves the right to cancel reservations due to Force Majeure (eg Government Restrictions), including during the stay. In these cases, will make a 'letter of credit', in the amount of unused nights, with no refund of amounts already paid.
- Coronavirus (Covid-19)
◾ Being aware of all aspects of this disease and understanding our role against the spread, practices of safety and hygiene protocols based on the current sanitary legislation, will be applied during your stay: Express check-in (Check In Online): you will be able to fill in all the data and send documents before arrival, making your reception faster and more efficient. In order to avoid contamination by the Coronavirus in our Hotel, we will check the temperature of guests at check in and fill out a complete registration form. If, on arrival, a guest is showing a high temperature or we suspect Covid-19 contamination, the guest will be referred to the local health service. The use of the mask will be mandatory within the social areas of the entire hotel.
Medium & Low Seasons: Reservations cancelled 10 days prior to the date of check-in: Free of charge Reservations cancelled with less than 10 days prior to the date of check-in: 50% of the total amount will not be refunded No Show or early check-out: 100% of the total amount will not be refunded. Same rules apply to modifications or cancellations!
High Season : Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the date of check-in: Free of charge Reservations cancelled in between 30 and 15 days prior to the date of check-in: 50% of the total amount will not be refunded Reservations cancelled with less than 15 days prior to the date of check-in: 100% of the full amount of confirmed reservation will not be refunded No Show or early check-out: 100% of the total amount will not be refunded Same rules apply to modifications or cancellations!
New Years Period: If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of confirmation: No charge. If the reservation is cancelled more than 10 days after confirmation and up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount paid is not refundable. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount paid is not refundable. No-Show or early check-out: 100% of the total amount paid is not refundable. Same rules apply to modifications or cancellations!
